AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I permanently authorize AUTOHEAVEN POWER SPORT LLC, (hereinafter “AUTOHEAVEN” or the “Company”), or its future representative, as the holder of the information, in virtue of the commercial relationship, to carry out the data processing activities indicated below, considering them necessary and inherent for compliance with the law, the operation of financial activities, and the offering and administration of products; to request, capture, process, transfer, consult, report, verify, digitize, and store my information in their databases. The following purposes are specified:

• Share and disclose my personal data to natural or legal persons, both domestic and international, who have or will have any commercial and/or contractual relationship with the Company; to strategic partners, who will have the same authorizations and purposes described herein for processing personal data; and to administrative authorities when requested.
• Collect my personal data to coordinate and prepare orders made through the Website (including payment information processing, organizing shipments, and delivering invoices and/or order confirmations).
• Carry out commercial and marketing management by any means, even after the commercial relationship has ended, unless I expressly request the revocation of this authorization.
• Keep my contact information updated in order to enable the Company to locate me when required.
• I acknowledge and accept that the Company uses cookies as outlined in its privacy policy, for its various digital channels of interest.

Privacy Notice and Rights of the Data Subject: I declare that I have been informed about the means by which I can consult the Manual of Policies and Procedures for the Protection of Personal Data, which contains the policies and procedures the Company will follow to protect my personal data, as well as the procedures for consultation and claims that will allow me to exercise my rights to access, consult, rectify, update, and delete such data. REVOCATIONS: Without prejudice to the authorizations I have granted the Company for the processing of personal data, I declare that I am aware of my right to revoke, as provided by law, any of the following authorizations.

Risk of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (Sarlaft): I certify that my resources do not come from or are not intended for the exercise of any illegal activity or money laundering activities related to terrorism financing. I also authorize the Company to take all necessary measures to comply with the Company’s SARLAFT manual, including, but not limited to, checks against control lists such as those of the UN, OFAC, etc.

Declaration: (i) The information I have provided is true, complete, up-to-date, and verifiable, and therefore, any errors in the provided information will be my sole responsibility; (ii) I have carefully read and fully understood the content of this authorization, and I understand its scope and implications.
